Policies

Clear, simple terms for ordering your handcrafted Little Love Keepsake.

Every item is thoughtfully handmade and many products are personalised especially for your family. Please read the information below before confirming an order. Your personalised quote and approved design preview will form part of your order agreement.

Orders & Payment

A personalised quote is provided before an order is confirmed. Full payment by EFT is required before production begins. An order is only placed into the production schedule once payment has cleared.

Design Preview & Approval

For personalised designs, a digital preview is sent for approval before production. Please check names, spelling, dates, wording, colours and design details carefully. Production begins only after your approval.

Turnaround Times

Baby mobiles generally require 3–4 weeks to create, plus delivery time. Turnaround for smaller items varies according to the product, complexity and current workload. The expected timeframe will be confirmed with your quote.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be possible depending on our workload and the item requested. An additional rush fee may apply. Please contact us before payment if your order is needed by a specific date.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes can be requested before the design preview is approved. Once approval has been given and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible because materials and production time have already been allocated to your personalised order.

Returns, Faults & Damage

Because personalised and made-to-order products are created to your approved specifications, they cannot ordinarily be returned for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights where an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged in transit or does not match the approved order. Please contact us promptly with photographs so we can assess and resolve the issue fairly.

Handmade Variations

Small variations in stitching, placement, colour and shape are part of the character of a handmade product and are not considered faults. Screen settings may also cause colours to appear slightly different from the finished item.

Delivery & Collection

Courier or PUDO costs are confirmed with your quote. Delivery time is additional to production time. Collection can be arranged in the Gillitts / Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal area. Collection details are shared privately once the order is ready.

Safety & Care

Baby mobiles and nursery keepsakes are decorative products and are not toys. They must be securely installed and kept out of a baby's reach. Never place a mobile within a cot or allow unsupervised play with decorative products or small parts. Product-specific care guidance will be supplied where applicable.

Privacy

We use the personal information you provide only to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, create and deliver orders, and keep necessary business records. We do not sell your details. You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information we hold, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
